Rail Vacation Planners provides planning and booking tools only. We do not sell travel, process reservations, or act as a travel agency. All bookings are made directly with travel suppliers, and prices, availability, and terms are determined by those suppliers.

What you can paste

Almost any travel artifact works as an input. Tour operator quotes, travel-agency proposals, AI-generated itineraries, screenshots of cruise or rail brochures, hand-typed bullet lists, an email forwarded from a planner, or a rough draft you wrote yourself. The richer the input, the richer the itemized output—but a few lines is enough to start.

Why book direct

Booking direct usually means better terms. Hotel loyalty points earn at full rates, change and refund policies are set by the supplier rather than a reseller, airline credits and elite benefits stay yours, and customer support comes from the operator who actually runs the service. Without a middleman in the chain, there is no markup to absorb and no second party to escalate through when plans shift.

Common questions about the flow

Do I have to enter every detail?

No. Paste what you have. We fill structure around it and flag what is missing so you can decide whether to add detail or move on.

Can I edit the unpackaged plan?

Yes. Every component is editable. Swap a hotel, remove a transfer, change a day order, or replace an experience with a direct supplier alternative.

What happens if a supplier link is missing?

We surface the supplier name and enough detail to find them directly. When a verified direct-booking link is available we attach it; when it is not, the supplier name plus the component details is usually enough to book by phone or on the supplier site.
